When I was leading this "healthy" life I didn't talk about the severe anxiety I would experience if I thought I might miss a workout, or the agony of going out to eat and having to figure out what on the menu was "allowed" on whatever diet or way of eating I was on at the time.

Or the physical symptoms that I started experiencing, losing my hair, exhaustion and fatigue, bloating ALL the time, losing my period for OVER two years.

And in the midst of it all I totally lost my identity. I tied EVERYTHING to my body image and to being "fit and healthy" I was literally consumed by it.

On the left was in the midst of my crazy "healthy" way of living, exhausted, anxious, no period, losing my hair. Now, I workout 3-4 days a week, I have built muscle which makes me feel confident and strong in my body, I don't count calories or macros or follow a specific "diet."

I have rediscovered what I love outside of being a "runner" I am able to enjoy life, friends and social events without stress and anxiety.

But, getting from A to B was NOT linear, I made A LOT of mistakes, and it took a LONG ass time.

Hey there, I’m Jess! A certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and IIN Health Coach and founder of Pureliving.

I’m a sucker for a good glass of wine, dark chocolate, being in nature, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. You can often find me blasting country music in my car, hopping on my yoga mat or bingeing my current fav Netflix shows.

When does the course start and finish?

Yes! This course is not designed to be restrictive and is meant to support you in making lifestyle changes that are lasting. Although I will suggest focusing on certain foods, movements and stress techniques these can be altered to fit anything you have going on in your life.
Can I expect to lose weight on this course?
I want to make it clear this is NOT a quick-fix nor a weight-loss course!! Your body and metabolism have to be healthy and functioning properly in order to achieve and maintain a healthy body composition. What you can expect is more energy, freedom around food, better sleep, and more balanced hormones ALL of which are necessary for any weight loss to occur.
